Please read the following Refund Policy for POPSLIMECLUB toys📦:
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons: please note that exclusions may apply due to certain circumstances.🤷‍♂️
1. Order arrived broken.
2. Order was not delivered.
3. Wrong order was received.
Refunds are not issued for the following reasons(❁´◡`❁):
1. No longer in need of the product.
2. Deciding to cancel the order post-shipment.
3. Scent preference as scents are subjective to the customer.
4. Customer overplays with slime or performs actions we do not recommend.
5. The slime is not played, and the customer refuses to play the slime.
6. Accidentally ordering and informing us after the order has shipped.
7. Order delivered to the wrong address due to an invalid address given by the customer.
8. No picture/video proof of defective product.
9. Returns are not accepted once the original packaging has been opened.

Please note!
Refunds are not issued for orders 2 months (8 weeks) after the shipment date.
